Вот известные проблемы с MathML в Amaya:

• Amaya реализует только Presentation Tags/Тэги из MathML 2.0, но не Content Markup. Все презентационные элементы и атрибуты доступны, но на экране отображаются только следующие атрибуты:

  display, alttext, mathvariant, mathsize, mathcolor, mathbackground, fontsize, fontweight, fontstyle, fontfamily, color, linethickness, numalign, denomalign, bevelled, notation, lquote, rquote, lspace, rspace, largeop, movablelimits, subscriptshift, superscriptshift, form, width (только mspace), height (только mspace), depth (mspace only), align, rowalign, columnalign, frame, framespacing, displaystyle, side, rowspan, columnspan, rowspacing, columnspacing, rowlines, columnlines.

• Атрибуты class, id и style доступны с той же семантикой, что и в HTML: Вы можете ассоциировать CSS-стили с MathML-элементами (атрибуты class и style), а MathML-элемент может быть target ссылки (атрибут id).
• Из-за отсутствия в текущей версии математических шрифтов распознаётся только ограниченный набор математических символов, в основном те из них, которые доступны в шрифте Symbol. Текущая версия поддерживает:
